30-Minute In-Person Reiki Session

Service Description

Before beginning our 30-minute rejuvenation journey together, we'll have an open conversation. This is your time to voice any worries or pinpoint particular areas that you wish to target. You will be comfortably settled down, fully dressed, on the therapy table and be gently guided through some soothing breathwork exercises. With your consent, a light touch to your head, shoulders, ankles, and feet initiates our 20-minute transformative Reiki practice. Afterwards, we’ll conclude with more revitalizing breathwork, rounding out the session to help ground and balance you. We'll conclude our journey with a reflective discussion on your experience and observations. This empowering, immersive retreat leaves you revitalized, aligning your energy and clearing your aura in just 30 minutes.
