60-Minute In-Person Reiki Session

Service Description

As soon as you arrive for your one-hour holistic retreat, our caring atmosphere will surround you. Before the session begins, we’ll take a moment to relax and have an open discussion. During this time, you're encouraged to express any areas of concern or specific focus points. Once comfortably positioned on the massage table, fully clothed, we will embark on a calming breathwork ritual to gently transition into the reiki session. Following your preferences and with your approval, a soft touch to key energy points such as your head, shoulders, ankles, and feet will pave the way for an extensive, 40-minute long, soothing Reiki session. The remainder of the session is devoted to further deep breathwork practices, grounding your energy and stabilizing your balance. As a closing note, we will engage in a constructive dialogue, reflecting upon the journey, and embracing the energy flow experienced. This hour-long retreat revitalizes your senses, reinvigorates your energy flow, aligns your chakras, and cleanses your aura. It is a holistic retreat that nurtures both mind and body, embracing wellness and serenity in every aspect of your being.
